The level of customer service was impeccable.. brilliant communication from Nicholas.. I had a few questions and he was more than happy to help put my mind at ease.. the call to confirm the booking a couple days before my event was great.. on the day they arrived about 10 minutes early which shows great professionalism.. the set up of the bouncy castle was simple and quick.. I also had the giant jenga and giant connect 4.. the packing away was done very efficiently.. I felt so at ease with the friendliness and i highly recommend Bubbles Bounce and Play. The price i paid was very good value for money. Thank you for giving my son a super birthday party! ☆

Really great! Wasn’t sure if the bouncy castle I wanted for my daughter’s 1st birthday would fit. Sent Nick a picture of the garden, he called back to say he thought it would be fine but for my peace of mind he would bring a second smaller bouncy castle just in case. Fit perfectly, kids (and adults) absolutely loved it so much so, we ended up keeping it a bit longer. Nick also made that so easy and hassle free to do. Quick installation and removal would use bubbles bounce and play in the future!

So happy we choose Bubbles Bounce and Play after doing my research! fantastic service and bouncy castle with slide on a side was great addition for my 3 year old birthday party.
Great communication ahead of the rental. On the day of the set up the team was professional and on time, they set up the castle under 15 minutes and then they cleaned it.
Bouncy castle is sturdy and kids were very happy jumping around.
We already recommended to our friends and I will organise a party again next year for sure I will use this team as well. Well done and keep it up!
